Processing the records of an Architecture Design Studio

Archiving born-digital materials is a tricky task and 3D modeling formats don't make the job any easier.  In order to understand the tools that were used to create the files we were tasked with preserving I took it upon myself to become familiar with the various aspects of each program.  As challenging as it was to learn about an entirely new field, it was equally rewarding to be able to identify what programs and operating systems will be necessary in the future to access this digital collection.
